Rumor Mill: M.I.A. Abandons Her Fiance x Child To Live In London?

M.I.A. has been out of the limelight after her “Paper Planes” hit ran its course. Then she got pregnant and has been leading a mommy filled life since. Or so we all think. The New York Daily News has shared that the London based raptress has been away from her billionaire fiance and little boy for a lot of her time that’s not spent recording or performing.

Their little one Ihkyd is turning 3 this weekend, and a source has shared that M.I.A. sometimes goes 6 weeks without seeing her son, who reportedly lives in New York with his dad.

She’s apparently still working on getting her immigration status handled, and has reportedly “refused” to marry until she does so. And marrying for citizenship? Not going to happen. The 36 year old starlet does not want to sacrifice her wedding for a green card.

In the meantime, M.I.A. made her return appearance at this year’s Super Bowl where she flipped off millions of viewers during the half time show with Queen Madge and Nicki; and she’s even got her own single “Bad Girls” that’s out right now.
